Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive business requirements gathering and translate into technical specifications
- Develop detailed process flows, data models, and user stories for agile development teams
- Create and maintain dashboards to track KPIs and performance metrics
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align business objectives with technical solutions
- Perform gap analysis between current systems and desired future state
- Document business cases and ROI projections for proposed initiatives
- Collaborate with QA teams to validate solution effectiveness
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech-driven environments
- Expertise in requirements documentation tools (JIRA, Confluence, Visio)
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and analysis
- Proven track record in agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent highly desirable
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders
- Experience with Salesforce or ERP systems preferred
