- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and deliverables

- Develop KPI dashboards and performance metrics using SQL and Tableau
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and sprint planning sessions
- Document requirements in JIRA and maintain traceability matrices
- Present findings to executive leadership with actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as Business Analyst in energy/finance sectors
- Expertise in SQL, data modeling, and visualization tools
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent
- Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and Agile methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Experience with process mapping and workflow optimization
