Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and translate requirements into actionable technical specifications
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, deliverables, and success metrics
- Develop detailed process flows, data models, and user stories using UML and BPMN
- Facilitate workshops and create compelling visualizations for executive presentations
- Validate solutions through testing cycles and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Maintain and prioritize product backlogs using JIRA and Agile methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis within consulting or corporate environments
- Expertise in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent strongly preferred
- Proven experience documenting requirements using IEEE 830 standards
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence C-level executives
- Experience with healthcare or financial services domain knowledge
