Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end business requirement gathering and documentation for fintech payment platforms
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and recommend actionable business solutions
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams
- Collaborate with stakeholders across finance, engineering, and product departments
- Translate technical concepts into business value propositions for executive leadership
- Implement and maintain JIRA/Confluence requirements documentation systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in fintech or SaaS
- Expertise in SQL, data modeling, and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certification in Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred
- Proven track record of delivering projects in regulated financial environments
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with payment processing systems (Stripe, Adyen) highly desirable
