Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience in financial services or tech sector
- Expertise in SQL, JIRA, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Proven track record of documenting requirements in Agile environments
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
- PMP or CBAP certification highly desirable
