Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation for enterprise-level systems
- Translate complex business needs into actionable user stories and technical specifications
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops with executive leadership across finance, operations, and IT
- Develop data models, process flows, and KPI dashboards using SQL and Power BI
- Collaborate with Agile development teams to ensure solution alignment with business objectives
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend process optimization opportunities
- Present findings to C-level executives through compelling data visualizations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in enterprise environments
- Expertise in requirements elicitation techniques (user stories, use cases, wireframing)
- Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and process modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart)
- Proven track record delivering projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong financial acumen with experience in revenue/cost analysis
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to simplify technical concepts
- Experience in healthcare or fintech industries highly desirable
