Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify improvement opportunities using data-driven methodologies
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables
- Create detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and functional specifications
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and validate solutions
- Develop and maintain dashboards for performance monitoring and reporting
- Ensure solutions align with business goals and regulatory standards
- Manage project timelines and deliverables using Agile/Scrum frameworks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech or healthcare sectors
- Expertise in requirement elicitation techniques and documentation tools (Jira, Confluence)
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and UML modeling
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time
