Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes, data flows, and system requirements to identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document specifications, create user stories, and define acceptance criteria
- Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reporting tools to support strategic initiatives
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and present findings to executive leadership
- Lead UAT cycles and ensure seamless implementation of process improvements
- Maintain and enhance business process documentation using industry-standard methodologies
- Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in technology-driven environments
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent business analysis credential
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to engage diverse stakeholders
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and process optimization frameworks
