Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose data-driven solutions
- Translate complex requirements into clear technical specifications for development teams
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and present findings to executive leadership
- Develop and maintain detailed process documentation, flowcharts, and user stories
- Collaborate with data scientists to validate analytical models and ensure data integrity
- Lead cross-functional Agile sprints to deliver business value iteratively
- Monitor KPIs and report on project outcomes to measure ROI
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis or similar role
- Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI), and process mapping
- Certification in CBAP, CCBA, or PMP strongly preferred
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and requirement gathering
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders
- Experience in healthcare or fintech industries a plus
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
