Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and requirements to identify improvement opportunities
- Develop detailed user stories, process flows, and data models
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product specifications
- Translate business needs into technical requirements for development teams
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and facilitate requirements workshops
- Create and maintain documentation including BRDs and UML diagrams
- Track project progress and ensure deliverables meet business objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in tech or fintech
- Proficiency in SQL, JIRA, and process modeling tools (e.g., Lucidchart)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Certification (CBAP, PMP, or PMI-PBA) preferred
