Responsibilities
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications
- Analyze data using SQL, Python, and Tableau to drive product decisions
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and document processes with Visio
- Lead Agile sprint planning and backlog grooming ceremonies
- Develop KPI dashboards and performance metrics for leadership
- Collaborate with engineering teams to validate solution feasibility
- Present findings to C-suite executives with data-driven recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in tech/SaaS
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools
- Agile/Scrum certification (CSM or PSM preferred)
- Proven track record of requirement documentation and process optimization
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Experience with API integrations and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
