Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and systems to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather, document, and validate business requirements
- Develop detailed process flows, data models, and functional specifications
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure solution alignment with business objectives
- Perform gap analysis and impact assessments for proposed changes
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including BRDs, user stories, and test cases
- Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights to senior leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise environments
- Expert proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI), and process modeling
- Certifications in Agile (SAFe/Scrum), CBAP, or PMI-PBA strongly preferred
- Demonstrated experience with requirement gathering for SaaS platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
