Responsibilities
- Translate complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications and user stories
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to define project scope and success metrics
- Analyze operational data using SQL, Power BI, and Excel to identify process improvement opportunities
- Create process flows, data models, and documentation for cross-functional teams
- Collaborate with Agile development teams to ensure solution alignment with business objectives
- Present findings to executive leadership through compelling visual dashboards and reports
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Six Sigma and Lean methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech or financial services
- Expertise in SQL, data modeling, and visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Proven experience documenting requirements in JIRA/Confluence and Agile environments
- Certification in CBAP, PMP, or related business analysis designation
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Strong analytical problem-solving with data-driven decision-making approach
- Proficiency in process modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart)
