Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and stakeholder requirements to drive data-driven solutions
- Create detailed documentation including user stories, process flows, and functional specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize features and deliverables
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards to track business performance metrics
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to align project objectives
- Validate system implementations through testing and quality assurance protocols
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement optimization strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in SaaS or fintech
- Proficiency in SQL, JIRA, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with regulatory compliance frameworks (SOX, GDPR)
