Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes, workflows, and system requirements to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Translate complex stakeholder needs into detailed functional specifications and user stories
- Design and implement data validation frameworks to ensure data integrity and quality
- Facilitate JIRA/Confluence documentation and maintain traceability matrices for deliverables
- Lead stakeholder workshops and present findings to executive leadership using Power BI/Tableau visualizations
- Coordinate UAT cycles and ensure seamless implementation of process improvements
- Maintain agile project artifacts and sprint backlogs using Scrum methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in technology or e-commerce sectors
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent professional designation
- Proven track record of documenting complex requirements in UML/SRS formats
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA/Confluence platforms
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize large datasets into actionable insights
- Strong written/verbal communication with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
