Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and translate requirements into actionable technical specifications
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define product roadmaps and prioritize feature development
- Create detailed user stories, process flows, and wireframes using Jira and Confluence
- Lead data analysis initiatives using SQL, Tableau, and Excel to identify trends and opportunities
- Facilitate workshops and present findings to executive leadership teams
- Manage project timelines and deliverables using Agile methodologies
- Document business requirements and maintain comprehensive process documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech or SaaS environments
- Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and requirement-gathering techniques
- Strong analytical skills with experience translating business needs into technical specs
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent business analysis designation
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to present to technical and non-technical audiences
