Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements using data-driven methodologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document requirements and create detailed specifications
- Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reporting tools to support executive decision-making
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and translate business needs into technical solutions
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic initiatives
- Implement and optimize ERP system integrations for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis with proven track record in process optimization
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or PMI-PMP designation
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Experience in healthcare or manufacturing industries preferred
