Responsibilities
- Analyze end-to-end business processes to identify optimization opportunities using SQL, Excel, and Power BI
- Lead stakeholder workshops to gather requirements and document functional specifications
- Develop detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for agile development teams
- Create data visualizations and executive dashboards to track KPIs and performance metrics
- Collaborate with product managers to prioritize features based on business impact
- Facilitate UAT sessions and ensure seamless implementation of new systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech or SaaS environments
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies with JIRA proficiency
- Advanced SQL skills with experience in data modeling and ETL processes
- Strong track record of translating complex requirements into technical solutions
- Certification in CBAP, PMP, or equivalent strongly preferred
