Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct thorough requirements analysis through interviews, workshops, and documentation to understand business needs.
- Process Modeling: Create detailed process flows, wireframes, and data models using Visio, Lucidchart, or Balsamiq.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of project goals.
- Data Analysis: Utilize SQL and Excel to analyze data trends, identify gaps, and recommend process improvements.
- Agile Leadership: Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including user stories, functional specs, and test cases.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the technology sector.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (Advanced), and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Methodologies: Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum, SDLC, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Tools: Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management and documentation tools.
- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences.
