Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end business analysis for enterprise clients across financial services and healthcare sectors
- Document detailed requirements using user stories, process flows, and wireframes
- Conduct stakeholder workshops to align business objectives with technical solutions
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL and visualization tools to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with Agile development teams to prioritize backlogs and ensure solution delivery
- Develop KPI dashboards and performance metrics to measure business impact
- Facilitate UAT sessions and ensure seamless solution implementation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in regulated industries
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and process modeling tools
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or equivalent preferred
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Strong experience with stakeholder management across C-suite levels
- Proven track record of delivering complex transformation projects
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
