Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and translate requirements into actionable solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to define project scope and objectives
- Create detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and technical specifications
- Lead requirement gathering sessions and facilitate JIRA/Agile ceremonies
- Develop data models and KPI dashboards using SQL and Tableau
- Conduct ROI analysis and present findings to executive leadership
- Mentor junior analysts and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech or consulting
- Expertise in SQL, data modeling, and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Proven track record of documenting complex requirements
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with healthcare or fintech industries a plus
