Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and user stories
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to identify process improvement opportunities
- Create data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau/Power BI to support decision-making
- Perform gap analysis and recommend solutions for system integration challenges
- Develop and maintain business process documentation and workflow diagrams
- Lead UAT testing cycles and validate solution effectiveness against KPIs
- Mentor junior analysts and facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis with SaaS/tech industry focus
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA/Confluence tools
- Advanced SQL skills with ability to write complex queries and joins
- Strong proficiency in data modeling and ETL processes
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
