Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end business analysis for enterprise clients across healthcare, logistics, and fintech sectors
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to translate business needs into detailed requirements documents
- Develop process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria using Agile methodologies
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL and Excel to identify optimization opportunities
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure solutions align with strategic goals
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling data visualizations
- Maintain and improve BA frameworks and documentation standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in regulated industries
- Expertise in requirements elicitation techniques (user stories, use cases, wireframing)
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and process modeling tools
- Experience with Agile/Scrum frameworks and Jira administration
- Strong stakeholder management skills across C-suite to operational levels
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) highly valued
