Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, goals, and technical requirements.
- Conduct thorough analysis of current business processes and recommend innovative solutions to improve efficiency.
- Gather and document detailed functional requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and observation.
- Create detailed user stories, use cases, and process maps to support the software development lifecycle.
- Perform gap analysis to compare the current state with future state goals and recommend necessary changes.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.
- Monitor project progress and act as a liaison to ensure deliverables meet business expectations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate or technology setting.
- Proficiency in requirements gathering tools and methodologies such as JIRA, Confluence, or Microsoft Visio.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data sets and translate them into actionable business insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to senior management.
- Familiarity with SQL, Excel (advanced functions), and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
