Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify improvement opportunities using Agile methodologies
- Translate stakeholder requirements into detailed technical specifications and user stories
- Create data models, process flows, and documentation to support system development
- Facilitate workshops and presentations to align teams on project objectives
- Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights to optimize business performance

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in fintech or financial services
- Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI), and process modeling
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with experience translating complex requirements
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- Experience with regulatory compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX, GDPR)
