- Validate solutions through UAT and ensure alignment with business goals
- Present findings to executive leadership using data visualization tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis within tech or financial services
- Proficiency in SQL, JIRA, and process mapping tools (e.g., Lucidchart)
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong financial modeling and stakeholder management skills
