Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive requirements gathering through interviews, workshops, and stakeholder analysis to define clear business objectives.
- Design and document detailed process flows, user stories, and functional specifications using industry-standard tools.
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process optimization.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, Product Management, and Operations, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating business needs into technical language.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep initiatives on track.
- Conduct quality assurance testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3-5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP), and data visualization tools (Tableau or PowerBI).
- Experience working within Agile and Scrum development methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Knowledge of JIRA or similar project management software is a plus.
