Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and translate requirements into technical specifications for development teams
- Design and implement data models to support strategic decision-making and KPI tracking
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather requirements and align teams on project deliverables
- Create detailed documentation including user stories, process flows, and wireframes
- Lead UAT testing cycles and validate solutions against business objectives
- Identify process improvement opportunities and quantify their financial impact
- Collaborate with data scientists to define analytics frameworks and reporting structures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in financial services or SaaS
- Expertise in SQL, data modeling, and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Proven experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) strongly preferred
- Exceptional stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Experience mapping complex end-to-end business processes
- Portfolio demonstrating requirement artifacts and process optimization outcomes
