Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end requirement elicitation, documentation, and validation for high-impact fintech projects
- Conduct stakeholder workshops to align cross-functional teams on business objectives and technical feasibility
- Develop comprehensive process maps, user stories, and acceptance criteria using Agile methodologies
- Perform quantitative analysis of market trends, customer behavior, and operational performance
- Translate business needs into technical specifications for development teams
- Present findings to executive leadership through compelling data visualizations and narrative reports
Qualifications
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in financial services or fintech
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or PMI-P preferred
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects using Agile/Scrum frameworks
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with C-suite experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, or related field
