Responsibilities
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather user needs
- Analyze data to identify trends and drive product optimization
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and maintain JIRA/Confluence documentation
- Present findings to executive leadership with compelling visualizations
- Collaborate with data scientists to validate analytical models
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech/finance sectors
- Expertise in SQL, data visualization (Tableau/Power BI), and process modeling
- Proven track record documenting requirements for complex systems
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating BA deliverables and impact metrics
