Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes, identify inefficiencies, and design data-driven solutions to enhance operational performance
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather requirements and document business needs using UML, flowcharts, and user stories
- Develop and maintain comprehensive data models, KPI dashboards, and reporting frameworks using SQL and Power BI
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure technical solutions align with business objectives and deliver measurable ROI
- Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming to drive project delivery
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic product development initiatives
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling visualizations and data narratives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or data analytics
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and requirements documentation tools (Jira, Confluence)
- Strong background in Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Certification in CBAP, PMP, or PMI-PBA (or equivalent)
- Experience with healthcare or financial services industries highly valued
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional projects from conception to implementation
