Responsibilities
- Translate complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications and user stories
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to identify pain points and opportunities
- Analyze operational data using SQL, Excel, and BI tools to drive strategic decisions
- Create process flow diagrams, wireframes, and documentation for development teams
- Manage Jira backlogs and prioritize features using Agile methodologies
- Present findings to C-suite executives with data-driven recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech or consulting
- Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and process modeling tools (Visio/BPMN)
- Agile/Scrum certification (CSM or PSM) required
- Experience documenting requirements for SaaS platforms
- Strong presentation skills with executive stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating successful process improvement initiatives
