Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end requirement gathering and documentation for enterprise software implementations
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to identify pain points and growth opportunities
- Design process flows and data models using Visio, Lucidchart, and SQL
- Perform gap analysis and create detailed business cases with ROI projections
- Facilitate JIRA sprint planning and Agile ceremonies
- Develop test plans and validate solution effectiveness
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in SaaS or fintech
- Expertise in Agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Advanced SQL proficiency with data modeling skills
- Strong financial acumen for cost-benefit analysis
- Exceptional communication skills with C-suite experience
