Responsibilities
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications and user stories
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather requirements across departments
- Analyze data trends and metrics to identify optimization opportunities and KPI improvements
- Develop process flows, data models, and documentation using industry-standard tools
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming
- Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership through compelling visualizations
- Ensure solution alignment with strategic business goals and compliance requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech or fintech environments
- Proficiency in SQL, JIRA, Confluence, and process modeling tools (e.g., Lucidchart)
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and data visualization tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent strongly preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful requirement analysis and process improvement projects
