Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end business analysis for enterprise-level SaaS implementations
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to define KPIs and success metrics
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Analyze quantitative/qualitative data to identify optimization opportunities
- Develop comprehensive documentation including BRDs, UAT plans, and change management strategies
- Collaborate with data scientists to validate analytical models
- Mentor junior analysts in BA methodologies and tools
Qualifications
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in regulated industries
- Proficiency in SQL, JIRA, and process modeling tools (e.g., Lucidchart)
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred
- Proven track record documenting complex requirements for enterprise systems
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and sprint planning
- Strong financial acumen with ability to conduct ROI analysis
- Excellent presentation skills with executive stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
