Join our dynamic team at InnovateTech Solutions as a Senior Business Analyst and drive transformative change in our maritime technology division. You'll be the bridge between complex business challenges and data-driven solutions, working directly with C-level executives to optimize operations across the Virginia Beach coastline. This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work remotely 2 days per week while collaborating in our state-of-the-art downtown office.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end requirement gathering and documentation for enterprise-level projects
- Design and implement data models using SQL and Power BI to uncover operational insights
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops across departments to align on strategic objectives
- Develop process maps and user stories using Jira and Confluence
- Perform gap analysis between current systems and industry best practices
- Create executive dashboards to track KPIs and ROI metrics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis with SaaS or maritime tech exposure
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and data visualization tools
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Proven track record of translating complex requirements into technical specifications
- Experience with process reengineering in regulated environments
