Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and stakeholder needs to define system requirements and documentation
- Create detailed functional specifications, user stories, and process flows for enterprise solutions
- Lead data analysis initiatives to identify trends, opportunities, and performance metrics
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and translate technical concepts into business value
- Validate solution feasibility through cost-benefit analysis and ROI projections
- Coordinate with development teams to ensure seamless implementation of business requirements
- Monitor system performance and recommend continuous improvement strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis with federal government or regulated industry
- Expert proficiency in SQL, data modeling tools, and visualization platforms (Power BI/Tableau)
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred
- Proven track record of requirements elicitation and documentation using UML/BPMN
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to synthesize data into strategic recommendations
