Responsibilities
- Elicit, document, and validate business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops
- Analyze data trends to identify process improvement opportunities and cost-saving measures
- Create detailed functional specifications, user stories, and process flows
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure technical alignment with business goals
- Facilitate user acceptance testing and provide post-implementation support
- Develop KPI dashboards and performance metrics for business units
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in software development environments
- Proficiency in SQL, JIRA, and process modeling tools (Visio/BPMN)
- Strong analytical skills with data interpretation experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Certification in CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA highly desirable
- Proven experience with agile/scrum methodologies
