Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and stakeholder requirements to identify opportunities for operational improvement
- Facilitate workshops and create detailed documentation including user stories, process flows, and functional specifications
- Develop data models and KPI dashboards to track business performance metrics
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure technical solutions align with business objectives
- Lead UAT testing cycles and validate solution effectiveness against business requirements
- Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership with clear data-driven insights
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech or SaaS environments
- Expertise in requirements gathering, process modeling, and stakeholder management
- Proficiency in SQL, JIRA, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Agile/Scrum certification and experience with sprint planning
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication skills with proven ability to influence cross-functional teams
