Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes, identify inefficiencies, and design data-driven solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and deliverables
- Create detailed documentation (BRDs, user stories, process flows)
- Leverage SQL and data visualization tools to generate actionable insights
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprint planning
- Validate solutions through UAT and implement continuous improvements
- Mentor junior analysts and champion best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in tech-driven environments
- Expertise in SQL, Excel, and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Proven Agile/Scrum methodology experience
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Certifications (CBAP, PMP, or PMI-PBA) highly valued
- Experience with process modeling (BPMN/SWOT) and requirement elicitation
