Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify improvement opportunities using data-driven methodologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Develop and maintain detailed process flows, user stories, and requirement documentation
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and present findings to executive leadership
- Validate solutions through testing protocols and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Implement process optimization strategies using Agile and Scrum frameworks
- Monitor KPIs and generate performance reports for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis or similar role
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent business analysis credential
- Experience with CRM/ERP systems implementation (SAP/Oracle/Salesforce)
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and requirement elicitation techniques
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating successful business process optimization projects
