Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and gather business requirements for enterprise software implementations
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL and BI tools to identify trends and opportunities
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and functional specifications
- Develop KPI dashboards and performance metrics to track business outcomes
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, retrospectives) and prioritize backlogs
- Document business rules and system integration requirements
- Present findings to executive leadership with actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis with software implementation projects
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one BI tool (Power BI/Tableau)
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Experience with process modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Experience in retail, logistics, or SaaS industries preferred
- Ability to start within 1 week for urgent position
