- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives
- Create test cases and validate solution efficacy with QA teams

Qualifications
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in financial services or healthcare
- Expertise in SQL, Power BI, and process modeling tools
- Certification in CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA preferred
- Proven track record of delivering successful process optimization projects
- Exceptional communication skills translating technical concepts to non-technical audiences
