Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth interviews and workshops with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements.
- Translate complex business needs into functional technical specifications and user stories.
- Perform gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current processes and desired future states.
- Develop and maintain process maps, flowcharts, and wireframes using BPMN and UML standards.
- Collaborate closely with IT development teams and QA testers to ensure solution accuracy.
- Monitor project milestones and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to project leadership.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies early in the lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3-5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Excel).
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall development methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with requirements management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Visio).
