Responsibilities
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications

- Collaborate with product teams to define KPIs and success metrics
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and wireframes
- Lead stakeholder workshops and present findings to executive leadership
- Implement QA testing protocols for new features
Qualifications
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in fintech or SaaS
- Expertise in SQL, Tableau, and JIRA
- Certified Business Analyst (CBAP) or Agile Scrum Master preferred
- Proven track record of delivering data-driven solutions
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Computer Science
