Responsibilities
- Translate complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications and user stories
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather and document functional requirements
- Analyze data trends and metrics to identify process improvement opportunities
- Create and maintain process flows, data models, and documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions aligned with business objectives
- Validate system changes through testing scenarios and user acceptance criteria
- Monitor project progress and report on key performance indicators
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in financial services or SaaS
- Proficiency in requirement-gathering methodologies (JAD, MoSCoW)
- Expertise in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI), and process modeling
- Agile/Scrum certification and experience with Jira/Confluence
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
