Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end business analysis activities including requirements gathering, documentation, and validation
- Develop detailed process flows, data models, and functional specifications
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to identify business needs and pain points
- Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications for development teams
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including BRDs, user stories, and test cases
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure alignment between business and technical teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis with proven track record
- Expertise in requirement elicitation techniques and documentation tools
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex concepts clearly
- PMP or CBAP certification strongly preferred
