Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify improvement opportunities using SQL, Excel, and Power BI
- Document detailed requirements and create user stories for development teams
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align project deliverables with business goals
- Develop KPIs and performance dashboards to track project success
- Lead UAT testing and ensure seamless implementation of new systems
- Present findings to executive leadership through compelling visualizations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis with fintech or banking exposure
- Proficiency in data modeling tools (SQL, Power BI, Tableau)
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Agile certifications
- Experience with process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart)
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
