Responsibilities

- Translate stakeholder needs into detailed technical specifications and user stories

- Create data-driven reports using SQL, Power BI, and Tableau to inform strategic decisions
- Collaborate with development teams to implement solutions aligning with business goals
- Document requirements, processes, and workflows using UML diagrams and flowcharts
- Validate system functionality through rigorous testing and user acceptance protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis or similar role
- Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Experience documenting requirements using UML/BPMN standards
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- PMP or CBAP certification preferred
- Energy industry experience highly desirable
