Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and translate requirements into actionable technical specifications
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and success metrics for digital transformation initiatives
- Lead JIRA sprint planning and user story refinement for cross-functional teams
- Develop data-driven recommendations using SQL, Tableau, and Power BI
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and present findings to executive leadership
- Document workflows using Visio and Lucidchart for process optimization
- Manage vendor relationships and contract negotiations for SaaS implementations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in SaaS or fintech environments
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and ETL processes
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile Scrum Master
- Expertise in documenting business requirements using UML and BPMN
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and budget
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to simplify technical concepts
- Experience with Salesforce CRM and API integration
